Glamping Cornwall

Elysian Fields campsite, near Helston in Cornwall is definitely paradise on earth, beautiful scenery and offers above average accommodation for the discerning guests. The site is family run and set in tranquil fields between two small villages. The site has a footpath leading into the two local villages Breage and Ashton along the footpath you can see an abundance of wildlife and flowers. On site is Tony’s Tavern where you can enjoy a few cold beers, either inside or in the beautiful grounds. Tony’s tavern also offers evening meals and breakfast. You can experience the panoramic views towards Tregonning Hill and nearby Porthleven with its spectacular ancient harbour and is now a foodie destination. Praa sands with its long golden sandy beach is just a five minute drive, or drive for an extra 2 minutes to look at St Michaels Mount with its fairy tale castle on the mount.

An eco friendly children’s play area made from recycled tyres and wood keep the youngsters amused along with the chickens.
New on site are the State of the art shower rooms these are all individual bathrooms that most of us would have on a wish list, these shower rooms are probably the nicest in Cornwall. All shower rooms have walk in rain shower, a sink, toilet, and hairdryer but most importantly are covid compliant with no shared waiting areas. A disabled shower room which doubles up as a baby changing unit is available. The site is pet friendly we enjoy having our furry friends stay with us, and even have a Dog Menu at Tony’s tavern including Doggy wine and beer.

GLAMPING ACCOMMODATION

Bell Tents
These are roomy 6 metre Bell tents which sleep 4 with a king size bed and 2 fold away beds, each are luxuriously appointed, an extra bed can be added upon request. Bedding is provided. Each of these units have their own firepits, BBQ, and picnic tables, and are both have electric connections. Available April to the end of September a minimum stay of 3 nights

Geodesic Dome
The Dome has a sky window so that you can watch the stars from your bed, this can be covered to ensure a full nights sleep. With it’s own patio, gas BBQ plus table and chairs on the veranda. A large Television, King size bed, ( bedding supplied) and log burner with plenty of space to sit and relax enjoying the stunning views. Electricity is connected and a small fridge is provided, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Available all year round with a minimum stay of 3 nights

Celeste touring caravan
Celeste sleeps 4 the double bed is made up, a modern caravan with a small television, microwave, and gas cooker plus all the equipment that one needs to serve and prepare meals. A fridge/freezer plus heating system makes this exceedingly comfortable a little home away from home over looking the Cornish countryside. Celeste has it’s own shower room, a hairdryer and tea coffee making facilities. Please note that you bring your own bedding and towels or bedding and towels can be rented on site. Available throughout the year with a minimum 3 night stay

Pegasus touring caravan
Pegasus can sleep 5 people, with a double pull out bed, bunk beds and a single pull out bed, this is a modern caravan with it’s own shower room. Kitchen appliances, small television, microwave oven, fridge freezer and gas cooker are fitted. A heating system makes this comfortable whatever the weather or time of year, a hairdryer is included plus it has its own power supply included are tea and coffee making facilities. Please note that bedding and towels are not supplied but can be rented on site. Available all year round with a minimum three night stay.
