Great service but accomodation smelt strange and musty and everything was cramped. Service was amazing everybody was friendly and pretty good location(only 2min walk to nearest beach)Has both indoor(which we enjoyed because of its waterslide) and outdoor swimming pool. Also a mini golf course a entertainment club with a (child friendly) arcade and a disco room. Plenty of quizzes and socializing events to do as well. Overall a good place for a holiday.

This is a great place and the luxury caravan was super cool and comfy. Amazing views. Staff really good. Love the place. Only thing is the shade in bedrooms. Are not stopping any light. I had to put my jacket in the windows to achieve some darkness for my 2 y old daughter. Both days she would not sleep until sunset and she was awake before 5 at sunrise because of the light 😥

We’ve been to a different away resorts location before and was impressed so booked an Isle of Wight one, definitely not the same experience. Accommodation was shockingly poor. Everything was falling apart, things weren’t cleaned properly, there was even food left in the cupboards from previous people! Emailed away resorts about it (originally we didn’t inspect the chalet until problems piled up, otherwise would’ve said to customer service), but my email was ignored. No parking for chalets and no places to park near so you can drop off belongings. Signal was awful, wasn’t useful for contacting family although did give us a break from our phones Staff wise, they were great. They were on top asking for ID’s, were friendly and gave good service. Food was good except the soup of the day was the same for multiple days, can’t complain too much though as it was tomato which pleases...

The room was very clean, the location fabulous and I absolutely love this holiday park! Reasonable prices, lots of good places to make good memories, fun things to do, for the whole family :) Only problem is some staff members come off as unkind, or not bothered. Some of the desk staff were rude, but apart from that staff was good. But staff do make all the difference, so many that could be altered.

We had a lovely time at the Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park with Away Resorts. We went during February half term so was still out of season and the pools, activities and shop on site were closed but there was plenty to do off site. The caravan was lovely and the site was clean and well kept. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.
