Braehead Glamping in the North East of Scotland is set in one of the most beautiful areas of the country with endless activities, history and nature on offer. Our range of pods cater for everyone, whether you are on a romantic holiday for two, a family holiday, a group trip or simply just somewhere to stop off for a night or two when putting up the tent is just too much effort. Or on the other hand if you can’t think of anything better than putting the tent up in the countryside then we have 3 tent pitches perfect for you. Braehead Glamping is a family business owned and run by Raymond and Liz Mcintosh and are keen to provide accommodation in what they truly believe to be one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland so more people can explore its hidden Gems.

THE PODS
At Braehead we have 7 Glamping pods with more to come in the future. We also have 3 tent pitches. The Bothy Barn is a communal area with cooking facilities, dining area, a log burner and clothes drying facilities. We also sell BBQs. It’s a great place to relax with your camping party.

GLENFIDDICH – Sleeps 2 plus
If you are looking for something with a touch of extra comfort then Glenfiddich is perfect for you.

• Sleeps 2 although there is the option for a single or double sofa bed to be installed to accommodate extra guests and families

STRATHISIA – Sleeps 2

Our new large luxury pod with all bedding provided

• Sleeps 2 although there is the option for a single or double sofa bed (or campbed for children) to be installed to accommodate extra guests and families

GLENFARCLAS – Sleeps 4

• Double bed and double futon, full bedding provided

• 3 single beds, 2 single futons and an option to extend to a large sleeping area

OUTSIDE YOUR PODS
All our pods have a picnic table and bench, an outdoor fire pit and outdoor racks for wellies after those lovely country walks.
A car parking space will be allocated to you for the duration of your stay.

THE YURT

Our Yurt sleeps 4 and includes

• 1 double bed and 2 single futons
• Log Burner
• Kettle
• Crockery

BRAEHEAD FACILTIES

The Bothy Barn is a great place to gather with friends and play some games or enjoy relaxing by the log burner. The Bothy Barn also has cooking facilities.

There is also a small shop on site for buying some essentials and some yummy local produce.

There are separate toilet and shower blocks for men and ladies.
