Glenshee Glamping in Scotland offers glamping pods, shepherds huts and a restored railway wagon and camping pitches all nestled within a 10 acre site amidst stunning mountain scenery in tranquil natural beauty. It’s the perfect setting for a family break or a secluded romantic getaway and our cosy glamping provides the ideal space to get back to nature with that outdoor camping experience with none of the hassle of pitching a tent.

Outside there are are picnic benches and firepits for keeping warm whilst stargazing at the night sky, with zero light pollution it is truly amazing! Cooking and dining facilities are at the Bothy and we have fully renovated 5 star bathrooms with lovely hot showers

For a special treat hire one our gorgeous wood fired hot tubs, Glenshee Glamping provides all you need to get away from it all and recharge your batteries.

Our fully insulated glamping Pods include

FAMILY GLAMPING PODS

BLACKBERRY HUT
An original hut with stable door restored to its former glory! You can really relax in the calm of the meadow, this tranquil space including

• Wood burning stove
• Raised double bed with memory foam mattress
• Seating for 2
• Complimentary tea and coffee
• Glasses and cups for 2 and a cafetiere

Fresh Linen and towel bundles are available for an additional charge or you can simply bring your own with you`

TUMMELBERRY HUT
A shepherd hut with a view, situated in a great position to just sit and watch the world go by with beautiful views encompassing mountains, highland cattle, llamas and much more. The hut comes with

• Raised double bed with a further 2 single beds (sleeping bags recommended for single beds) that double as seating
• Electric lighting plus a power socket
• Small wood burning stove along with stove top kettle
• Cups and glasses
• Complimentary tea and coffee
• Picnic Bench
• Firepit

We provide duvet and pillows, you are welcome to bring your own linen, however linen and towels are available to hire.

Guests are welcome to use The Bothy for further crockery, cooking stoves, fridge-freezer and microwave

MULBERRY CABIN
The Mulberry Cabin is our largest accommodation and sleeps up to 8. The cabin is made of British oak and pine and massively insulated with British sheep’s wool. The double glazed floor to ceiling windows show off our stunning views to perfection, keeping you nice and snug inside when the weather is turning Scottish! Our guests tell us that they love this space for family get togethers or small groups of friends. The cabin includes

• Double bed
• 2 single beds
• Double futon for seating by day or a comfy bed by night
• 2 floor mattresses are provided upon request to accommodate up to 8
• Cosy wood burning stove
• Large dining table
• Kitchenette with two gas burners for cooking and heating the kettle, a caravan type sink with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery glasses, kitchen knives etc. Dish towels and washing up liquid
• Cups and glasses, tea pot and cafetiere
• Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate
• Outside there is a large circular seating area and fire pit/BBQ

We provide duvet and pillows for the beds and double futon, but not for the single floor mats, sleeping bags are recommended, you are welcome to bring your own linen, however linen and towels are available to hire

THE GOOD WAGON
A restored LMS Goods Wagon from the 1940s is now an upmarket train themed glamping accommodation sleeping up to 5 with a British Rail Train Theme. The wagon includes

• Raised double bed
• 3 bunk beds
• Wood burning stove
• Seating and bench table
• Windy Smiddy wood burning stove will ensure you’re kept cosy and warm no matter the weather outside!
• Cups and glasses, tea pot and cafetiere
• Fire pit and picnic bench

Guests are welcome to use The Bothy for further crockery, cooking stoves, fridge-freezer and microwave

The wagon is off grid but has led lanterns inside

CAMPING PITCHES
Bring your own tent, family tents welcome just like wild camping but with hot showers in individual bathrooms and the use of the Bothy.
Our large pitches are in the corner of the meadow with some beautiful views and space for children to roam.

HOT TUBS

LARGE HOT TUB (up to 8 aduts)
The large hot tub is positioned in the meadow over looking the glen, woodfired, filled with fresh spring water and no chemicals. All guests staying are welcome to hire this hot tub.

WOOD FIRED HOT TUB (for pods only)
The Wood Fired Swedish hot tub is setup right outside your glamping pod if you want to have that extra special experience with someone special this is it! No matter the weather, snow or clear skies above this is a great tub to hop in and out of all evening. Wood fired and filled with fresh spring water, no chemicals are used.
Please note this Hot Tub is only available to book with a pod.

THE BOTHY
All our facilities are available to use including the Bothy where you can store essentials and cook. Complimentary tea and coffee are also available in the Bothy.
