Touring caravan pitch not clean. T bags, wet wipes, cigarette ends and plastic tie wraps all over it. I adhered to the site rules but other caravanners placed their caravans facing inwards and parked cars on the grass. Park staff nor security spoke to them or ensured they obeyed the site rules. The site could benefit from tree borders between pitches. And why were the hook up and water points at the front of the pitch, most people could not connect waste water pipes. Will not be returning here.

We only popped in for a quick look in one of the shops, and much to my surprise, I was able to buy something I have needed for quite some time! Staff in the shop were lovely and very helpful and pointed me to what I wanted to purchase. Thank you

What an amazing touring park! Just returned from a 4 day trip and had the best time. The hardstanding pitches are all fully serviced and spacious. Some have a slight angle to them so may need leveller ramps and also you need to ensure you have long electric cable and water hoses as the services are located to the front of the pitches. There is a small park area on site with a lot of plain grass areas for football etc. The site also had some tent pitches, coach house glamping pods and RVs which can be rented. Some of the touring pitches had hot tubs which look fantastic The shower blocks were fantastic. Always clean no matter what time of day we went in. Plenty of shower cubicles and toilets. There were a couple of family shower cubicles in the ladies, not sure if the same are in the...

It's is a large touring park and is in need of a bit of tidying up. Apart from getting our pitch number there was no other communication with staff. Toilets were cleaned daily but at an unsuitable time (before 8am) as it is one of the busiest times. I had to walk through quite a lot of water to get to cubicles and was lucky I had water proof shoes on. On site cafe closed at 5.30pm so not accessible for those who have been out for the day...apparently only open later at weekends.

The 2 star is for a quiet site during the night! On the morning we arrived the grass was being mowed but no grass was being collected by the mower. So for all the stay grass was walked in and out of the car and caravan. The site itself was tired and scruffy and needs money spending on it. On a more serious matter the exit and entrance are in the wrong places. The exit is on a slope with little vision left or right where as the entrance has less of a slope and plenty of vision to exit safely ( in fact upon leaving we spoke to reception about the issue and was told to leave by the entrance with care) Would we go again NO!!

Lovely site secure and has security for added safety. Site clean. Reception good although staff a little miserable and shop prices a bit on the high side. Pitch was large and great position. Lovely little shops on site. Cafe on site really good. Good well priced and of a high standard. The only real draw back is the toilet and showers. Not very clean shower heads blocked and need a good clean throughout. Shame cos it really lets this lovely site down. Went into frodsham town. Worth a trip. Had a nice meal in the bears paw.
