Lahtle Wood the most unique en-suite glamping site in North Yorkshire nestled in the vale of Pickering between the Yorkshire Wolds and North York Moors. This is the perfect digital detox location, with blue skies instead of blue screens, and birdsong instead of notification alerts! Lahtle Wood is perfect for stargazing and simply taking in the beauty that nature provides us.

All our insulated Pods are designed in keeping with the woodland surroundings and your creature comforts. Every glamping pod has their own individual “Scrub Shack” bathroom fuelled by a wood-fired water boiler giving you hot water as warm as our welcome. Each outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with all you need including pans, plates and utensils and a gas hob for a quick brew if the fire is low! As our summers can be unpredictable we also have a communal BBQ hut with seating for 10 people, handy for a bit more warmth inside.

LAHTLE OWL – 4 x pods sleeps 2 people with HOT TUB and includes:

• Raised king size bed with underneath storage

• Your own “Scrub Shack” private bathroom with a wood-fired boiler, heating both bathroom and hot water
• Fully equipped Alfresco kitchen with outdoor sink and a twin hob gas cooker

• Initial logs supplied for your shower and BBQ (additional logs can be purchased from the office)

PHEASANT FIELD – 4x Pods sleeps up to 4 people and includes:

• Double back bedroom
• Twin beds which doubles up as a social area
• Your own “Scrub Shack” private bathroom with a wood-fired boiler heating both bathroom and hot water
• Fully equipped Alfresco kitchen with outdoor sink and a twin hob gas cooker
• Table and stools
• Parasol and Solar lights
• BBQ / fire-pit with griddle
• Initial logs supplied for your shower and BBQ (additional logs can be purchased from the office)
