AA Glamping Site of the Year for 2019-2020, Llanfair Hall is nestled in the Welsh countryside, offers you superb and luxurious glamping in pods with your own bathroom and a log cabin, all perfectly sited for holidays on Anglesey. With virtually no light pollution, holiday star lit nights are included! Llanfair Hall is only a couple of miles east of the fantastic Newborough beaches, Newborough Warren National Nature Reserve and the magical and mystical Llanddwyn Island. A mere 8 miles from the A55 it is ideal for easy access to everything Anglesey has to offer as well as a fast route to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.

THE PODS
Five beautiful well-equipped pods Cribinau, Lawd, Llanddwyn, Dulas and Tysilio (all named after islands off Anglesey) are made from solid treated timber and insulated with sheep’s wool, providing luxurious home comforts, making outdoor living that little bit more glamorous. Ideal for two people, each pod contains the following:

• Shower wet room including towels
• Comfortable double bed with sumptuous 100% cotton bedlinen
• Sofa
• Kettle
• Fridge
• Microwave
• Freeview TV/DVD
• Indoor and separate outdoor table and chairs
• Personal barbecue fire pit

FACILITIES
There is an area where you can safely lock up and clean your bikes; a giant chess set (and we mean giant), giant jenga and giant pickasticks too and a table tennis is also available on request. For Cribinau, Lawd and Llanddwyn there is an outdoor pizza oven and for Dulas and Tysilio, located in the corner of a large field, a covered all-weather BBQ hut.

FIELD KITCHENS
All pods have access to our external field kitchen log cabins, for those occasions when you don’t want to eat out or it’s raining, where you can cook something hot on the electric cooker provided. A toaster and kettle are also provided in the kitchens.
If you are booking more than one pod for a visit with friends, a larger fire pit is available at extra cost, big enough for all to sit around under the stars (the light pollution is minimal here).
Four of the pods welcome the occasional well-behaved dog and breakfast packs can be ordered using locally sourced ingredients. Please state requirements when booking.

THE GEODOME
There is very little light pollution here, so we have a geodome, furnished with huge bean bags, rugs and pillows, so that you can lie out in relative protection from the weather and relax for the afternoon or gaze in comfort at the brilliant night sky.

LOG CABIN
Imagine Little House in the Big Woods (part of the Little House on the Prairie books by Laura Ingalls Wilder) and bring it into the modern day. Our new log cabin Seiriol, sleeping up to 6, is beautifully crafted, surrounded on 2 sides by large trees and looks out on a large field which is yours in which to play.
The cabin contains

• Double bedroom
• Bathroom
• Kitchen/living room (with the most comfortable double sofa bed) on the ground floor
• A crog loft, accessed via a wooden ladder to another bedroom containing 2 single beds

The full-width verandah and extra patio stretch across the whole of the front cabin, host an outdoor table and chairs with a swing seat by the side for comfortable star gazing. A hammock strung between 2 trees gives you the opportunity to truly loll about!
Beautifully furnished, complete with fresh 100% cotton bedlinen and towels, the kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and everything you need for easy and convenient cooking. The log-burning stove adds that little bit extra for chilly nights.

We have installed an outdoor pizza oven (design, create and cook your own pizza in less than 12 minutes!) and can provide you with ready made pizza dough (24 hours’ notice required for defrosting purposes). There is also the ubiquitous barbecue fire pit for perfect marshmallow toasting of course.

The opportunities for your entertainment are wide and extensive on Anglesey, regardless of the weather. When staying at Llanfair Hall, you will have access to a wealth of ideas for entertainment and dining, to suit all ages, all pockets and all abilities including:

Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path Walks and for a small pre-arranged fee, we will ferry you to the start of your walk for the day and pick you up at the end wherever you end up

• Horse Riding – stay with us and bring your horse to stay at Anglesey Mane Attractions to ride across the glorious Anglesey beaches
