Stoneymollan Luxury Pods Loch Lomond is a family run business in a very beautiful part of Scotland surrounded by nature and breathtaking landscapes. Enjoy and explore this beautiful place and it’s surrounding area in one of our two luxury glamping pods, one with hot tub and another with sauna. Glamping Loch Lomond Scotland Pods with Hot Tubs can be found near the The Trossachs National Park just a mile or so from Balloch, on the edge of Stoneymollan Muir the pods are surrounded by open fields, Muirland and woods on the Three Lochs Way and The John Muir Way walking trails.

We have panoramic views to the Loch, The Connich Hill on the east side of the Loch, The Ochil Hills, The Kilpatrick Hills, The Crianlarich Hills and The Crieff and Loch Earn Hills.

In the Autumn and Winter when the trees drop their leaves, Inch Murrin and Ben Lomond are clearly visible. While the pods offer a very quiet elevated position with no neighbours (besides the owners, of course), they also benefit from easy access to local amenities in the nearby town of Balloch.

THE PODS
Our luxurious Micro Lodge Camping Pods are fully equipped and insulated, can easily accommodate up to two adults and two children or four adults with ample cosy living space. Each pod is equipped with the following:

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Stoneymollan Luxury Pods have two Glamping pods which are 7 meters apart and social distancing can be maintained in the parking area and paths to the pods. No facilities are shared.

Yes, our policy is to offer a full refund or voucher, whichever you prefer, in the event of covid 19 restrictions preventing the booking going ahead

Covid cancellation policy September 2020:

With Covid-19 cases now on the rise again here is our updated, simple cancellation policy for your peace of mind:
If we are open and can provide your holiday but you are unable to attend because of Covid travel restrictions we will offer to move your dates or you can have a voucher for the value of your holiday to use over the next 12 months.

If we are closed and cannot provide your stay we will offer to move or refund your stay, whichever you would prefer.

Cancellations & Insurance
Once a booking is confirmed, i.e. the deposit has been paid and the booking accepted, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the invoice. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance with your insurance broker.

Terms and Conditions
To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of ￡100 per Yurt per holiday is required.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.

In the event of cancellation
If the cancellation is more than four weeks before arrival and the balance has not been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. Alternatively the deposit can be off-set against a holiday to be taken at a different date later in the year, subject to availability and a ￡50 handling charge.
If the cancellation is more than four weeks before arrival and the balance has been paid then the total cost of the holiday will be refunded, less the deposit and a handling charge of ￡50, ONLY if the booking is able to be re-let. If the booking cannot be re-let the cost will be refunded less the deposit and a ￡75 handling charge Alternatively the cost of the holiday can be off-set against a holiday to be taken at a different date, subject to availability and a handling charge of ￡50.00, later in the year.
If the cancellation is less than four weeks before arrival and the balance has not been paid the whole of the deposit is non-refundable, nor can it be offset against another date later in the year, except in exceptional circumstances and by arrangement with the owners.
If the cancellation is less than four weeks before arrival and the balance has been paid then the cost will not be refunded unless the booking can be re-let and then 50% will be refunded, nor can it be offset against another date later in the year, nor can it be rolled over to the following year, except in exceptional circumstances and by arrangement with the owners.

Whilst every effort will be made to avoid them, booking errors made by The Yurt Retreat will not in any circumstances be compensated for unless there is less than 6 weeks until the booking dates commence. If there is less than 4 weeks until the booking date commences the Shepherds Hut Retreat’s liability will be limited to the return in full of any monies paid.
Whilst we will always endeavour to allocate specifically requested Yurt positions, we are unable to guarantee them.
Please remember you are staying in a woodland camping environment with live animals and other hazards. Some of the camp equipment can be dangerous if misused. The proprietor accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, animals, vehicle or personal effects however caused.
